West Beach Residents Association is run by local residents and is entirely a voluntary organization.
The aim of the association is to promote and develop a community spirit.

We organise events throughout the year, including a Summer Over 70s Garden Party, Santa Sunday, on the first Sunday of December. A summer fun day with a picnic in the Orient Road Park.
You will receive a newsletter with all this information. There is also a notice board on the corner of the Broadway & West Way. Another two notice boards are situated in the West Way Twittens.

Every Spring we hold our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at this time you will have the opportunity to ask any questions. During March, you will receive a newsletter with a brown envelope in which to place your £12 annual membership fee. We do hope you will join our Residents Assocition.
