West Beach Lancing being an unadopted estate is not under our councils remit for road sweeping and weed clearance.                 Your committee arrange this, payment is made with the money collected from residents annual £12 subscription. 

Unfortunately, due to the roads being dug up by both Southern Water and now Gas pipe installation, we have been unable to arrange this again this year. We will of course resume once the road works have finally been completed. 

In the meantime, if your driveway has small stones that get dragged onto the pavement  please be aware when it rains they are washed down the drains which then get blocked  making it difficult for the surface water to drain away. So sweeping them back onto your driveway would be really helpful.
